The Navy SEAL Foundation Distinguished Scientific Award honors those who have made exceptional theoretical and/or empirical advances leading to the understanding or amelioration of important practice problems. Robin King, CEO of the Navy SEAL Foundation, will present the 2024 award at the conference.
